A sacred sound workshop to honour the weekend of the July Full Moon.

Ayurvedic practitioner Phillipa Joy will begin the workshop speaking about the Kapha time of year and Ayurvedic principles and ideas to keep the cold and stagnation at bay and stay in balance and warmth. Phillipa will also speak about sound, resonance, clarity, and stimulation.

Catherine Saliba of Spiritual Nutrition is a Flying Star Feng Shui practitioner, Naturopath and holds a Bachelor in Music (Hons). She will imbue the space with her INCREDIBLE energetic mists, nourish us with her delicious treats infused with bush flower essences and resonate her sound to allow us to become more clear to step in to the light. As always, there will be chai!
