This sound healing will take place very near to the Strawberry Full Moon in June. We will be cheerfully saying goodbye to Mercury Retrograde and for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, we will have passed the Winter Solstice too. We will be focusing on how we are feeling and any sensitivities that may be arising within us. The emotional Cancer sign energy will have just come in, so this sound healing will help you to connect head with heart and use any emotions that are surfacing as creative fuel through the winter months.

In this session, I hold space for you to connect with yourself, your heart and find your grounding. I use crystal singing bowls and my voice to guide you through the chakras and come back into balance and harmony. I carry out these sound healings in a similar way to my energy healings so that you receive a distant healing.

There will be a meditation, a description of the essential oil and flower essences I will be using and a card pulled at the end. You will also receive a post sound healing email to recap what was covered.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What you need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. A comfortable place to lie down/sit without disturbances.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Headphones or a speaker so that the sound is more evenly distributed for you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Pen and paper to write down an intention/how you wish to feel.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. A photo of yourself between the age of 3-7 (if you have one close by - it is ok if you do not, you can simply picture yourself in your minds eye) - my sessions are always about nurturing our little one inside us.

5. I’ll be working with an essential oil and Australian Bush Flower Essences. ⠀
