I have witnessed the phenomenal shifts that occur in my clients using sound and channelled energy. I use the power of my voice to clear the energy centres and re-balance the meridians of the body as well as instruments such as chakra chimes, tuning forks and singing bowls.

Each 1:1 session (in person or distant) is uniquely tailored to you and what you most need in the moment.

Our online group sessions are focused around a specific topic and you receive a distant Energetic Bodywork session via zoom.

The result of these sessions is to ground you back in your body, balance your energy centres, and release what is no longer serving you so that you feel lighter and more free to be and express all that you are.
