As a certified yin yoga instructor and meditation teacher, I find doing the longer ‘less is more’ stretches of yin in an intentional meditative state deeply restorative, nourishing and nurturing on the nervous system.

We live in a world of great energetic intensity and our systems are constantly ‘ON’. Our Yin & Meditation classes are here for you when you need to slow down, connect with yourself, find your stillness and gently teach your system to ground and focus.

The poses that we do in this yin session are not complicated and this is definitely not a space that expects perfection or leaning into any pain. These classes are less about getting the pose right and more about your intention, cultivating internal loving-kindness and holding yourself supportively with your thoughts throughout each pose. You are also encouraged to be very very gentle with yourself. Less hard, more soft.
