Connecting intuitively with your body

How many times have you been given a list of stretches and not committed to them? I’m raising my hand right now! I totally get it. Doing standard stretching in static positions isn’t overly exciting.

Our body LOVES movement and our inner child energy loves playful curious and intuitive movement even more. Have you ever noticed how kids move around, dance, play, swing their arms? They are so free and uninhibited.

I’m passionate about guiding you to explore what your body needs in the moment. As adults, we have forgotten the art of exploration when it comes to our bodies. We’ve become self-conscious, stuck in wanting to get it ‘right’ and also (particularly in a class setting) afraid of looking silly or weird.

I am here to encourage you to be yourself. Let’s get playful, weird and groovy.

In the Spiritual Nutrition Mindful Stretch & Movement class, you’ll be guided through different stretches, but then encouraged to find your movement in each stretch, feeling into where your body is craving to flow to, lean in and soak in.

If you have been feeling disconnected from your physical self, stuck, flat and would like to curiously connect back with you, then this class will be a delightful nourishing treat!
