In this online Sound Healing Session will be working with the powerful energy of this months Super Flower Blood Moon + total lunar eclipse- it’s a big one!! The theme will be about allowing and being open to abundance flowing into our lives as well as healing wounds and letting go of patterns that are holding us back.

I hold space for you to connect with yourself, your heart and find your grounding. I use crystal singing bowls and my voice to guide you through the chakras and come back into balance and harmony. I carry out these sound healings in a similar way to my energy healings so that you are receiving a distant healing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There will be a meditation, a description of the essential oil and flower essences I will be using and a card pulled at the end. You will also receive a post sound healing email to recap what was covered.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What you need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. A comfortable place to lie down/sit without disturbances.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Headphones or a speaker so that the sound is more evenly distributed for you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Pen and paper to write down an intention/how you wish to feel.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. A photo of yourself between the age of 3-7 (if you have one close by - it is ok if you do not, you can simply picture yourself in your minds eye) - my sessions are always about nurturing our little one inside us.

5. I’ll be working with an essential oil and Australian Bush Flower Essences. ⠀

6. Anything else you need to feel comfortable, cosy and nurtured.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
