In this online Sound Healing Session I hold space for you to connect with yourself, your heart and find your grounding. I know we all need it right now! I use crystal singing bowls and my voice to guide you through the chakras and come back into balance and harmony.

There will be a meditation, a description of the essential oil and flower essences I will be using and a card pulled at the end.

What you need:

1. A comfortable place to lie down/sit without disturbances.

2. Headphones or a speaker so that the sound is more evenly distributed for you.

3. Pen and paper to write down an intention/how you wish to feel.

4. A photo of yourself between the age of 3-7 (if you have one close by - it is ok if you do not, you can simply picture yourself in your minds eye) - my sessions are always about nurturing our little one inside us.

5. I’ll be working with an essential oil and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

6. Anything else you need to feel comfortable, cosy and nurtured.

This session will take place via Zoom. You will be sent the login details after you have purchased a ticket.
